Robert Newman
Robert Newman is the owner and founder of Five Stone Services, a locally owned and operated plumbing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Triad. With decades of hands-on experience in service plumbing and leadership roles within the industry, Robert brings a rare combination of technical expertise, integrity, and customer-focused service to every job.
Before launching Five Stone Services, Robert held senior leadership positions with national plumbing organizations, where he oversaw operations, trained technicians, and managed large-scale service teams. That experience shaped his belief that great plumbing isn’t just about fixing pipes—it’s about communication, accountability, and peace of mind for the customer.
Robert is known for his honest assessments, high standards of workmanship, and calm, professional presence—especially during stressful plumbing emergencies. Whether it’s water heaters, sewer and drain work, gas lines, water line repairs, or complex service diagnostics, he leads his team with a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Guided by strong faith-based values, Robert built Five Stone Services on principles of trust, excellence, and service to others. His mission is simple: provide dependable plumbing solutions while treating every customer’s home with respect and care.
Outside of work, Robert is a devoted husband of 25 years and a proud father to his 12-year-old son. He values time with his family, enjoying life together, supporting his son’s love of baseball, and staying rooted in what matters most. Robert is committed to continually growing in his relationship with Jesus, allowing his faith to guide both his personal life and the way he leads, serves, and does business each day.
Blake Duncan
Blake Dunacn is a P1 licensed master plumber built on hard work, straight answers, and quality craftsmanship. I believe in doing the job right and standing behind my work so my customers have peace of mind—guaranteed. When I’m not working, I’m outdoors hunting, fishing, or camping, or spending time with my wife, kids, and good friends.
Cody West
Cody West is a native of the Summerfield and Oak Ridge area with a lifelong commitment to serving his local community. He began his professional career in 2011 as a Guilford County Deputy, where he proudly served until 2018. After leaving law enforcement, Cody continued his dedication to service by earning his CDL and working in grocery delivery, ensuring families had access to essential needs.
Seeking more fulfillment and a hands-on way to help people directly, Cody found his calling in plumbing. Over the past five years, he has built extensive experience in water heater maintenance and replacement, excavation work, upgrading outdated water and drain piping, and working in accordance with North Carolina plumbing code. His work allows him to solve real problems, provide dependable solutions, and make a meaningful difference for homeowners and businesses alike.
Cody is driven by honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. He takes pride in giving every client his full attention and effort—regardless of the size or scope of the job—and is committed to delivering quality workmanship and dependable service on every project.
